You can reach El Nido by air. The most convenient way is to take a domestic flight from Manila or Cebu to El Nido Airport. Alternatively, you can travel by air to Puerto Princesa then take a bus or van to El Nido from the city, but this journey takes around 5-7 hours by road.

During the peak season (November to May), it's advisable to book in advance to secure your preferred choices, as El Nido can get crowded.
